Lovingly Renovated!
Our historic building, S'Mauthäusl Luftenstein, was known as a rest stop for travelers around 200 years ago. It served as "S'Mauthäusl" for a long time before being heavily contested during the Napoleonic Wars. After that, it operated as a small inn. My father, Alexander Pfannhauser, acquired it and expanded the property. Now, we have renovated it with great care and transformed it into spacious holiday apartments.
At S'Mauthäusl Luftenstein, we warmly welcome you and offer traditional Salzburg hospitality in a modern setting!
Feel at home in our stylishly furnished apartments for 2 to 8 people. We also have a barrier-free apartment for guests with limited mobility. Our "Schihörndl"!
Wellness Area: Enjoy relaxing evenings and moments of well-being in our sauna and infrared cabin, as well as in the cozy relaxation room. Perfect for winding down after a day on the slopes in the Almenwelt Lofer or in the Skiwelt Leogang - Saalbach/Hinterglemm, just 20 minutes from s'Mauthäusl!
Our wellness area is open from October 1st to April 30th!
